General Information
PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days, for approved, open accounts. VISA, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover are accepted. No C.O.D. shipments. Credit card payments may be subject to
a processing fee of up to 3%. All prices F.O.B. plant, Toledo, Ohio. Prices subject to change without
notice.
FREIGHT: Prepaid on shipments of minimum $1000.00 to one location, Applies to continental U.S.,
only.

or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for par-
ticular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Tolco Corporation shall not be responsible for injury to persons or dam-
age to property arising from the use of its products. Tolco shall not be responsible for any direct,
incidental or consequential damages of any sort occurring due to the use of its products alone or
as incorporated in another product or products.
RETURNS POLICY: All returns must be labeled with a Tolco Return Merchandise Authorization num-
ber. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All returned merchandise must be pre-
paid to Tolco's dock. Items returned for warranty, subject to inspection, will be replaced or repaired
at Tolco's option. Tolco will not be responsible for returned merchandise not covered under our
warranty program. Restocking charge of 20% of invoice on returned material. Private labeled prod-
ucts will not be accepted for returns. Tolco will accept returns within one year from date of invoice.
